-
Industrial Engineer at Intel Corporation
August 2011 - August 2013Introduced and built from the ground up an Oracle based decision support system that hosts a plethora of manufacturing analysis tools, standardized data, and mined data used across several organizations. Architected the automation of a simulation system to revolutionize existing analysis tools. Reduced turnaround time from >18 hours to 6hrs to
-
Operations Research Engineer at Intel
May 2009 - August 2011Recommended up to $500M in capital tool savings driven from the results of full factory simulation models used to plan Ivy Bridge protected capacity reduction across 5 fabrication plants. Ultimately resulting in a $90M savings for final implementation as a result of our analyses. Part of team responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving unique simulation driven manufacturing metrics for advanced development factories and high volume facilities to gain insight into operations. Managed a lab of 15 critical servers used to support the development and analysis of the simulations utilized by every major manufacturing facility.
-
Intern at Innovative Scheduling
January 2007 - June 2008Built an Excel decision support system to optimize the purchasing of multi-million dollar locomotives. Promoted and received a 33% pay increase with a full-time course load over the duration of my experience with the company.
-
Industrial Engineering Intern at Intel
May 2007 - January 2008Co-authored a technical paper on a new metric to better understand how tool availability ties to PM planning and WIP execution. Received approval from the factory manager based on an elevator pitch and as a result led a team of full-time employees as an intern. Developed a high level simulation on an unbuilt tester not understood from a manufacturing performance perspective. Received exceptional feedback from tool owners, biz ops, and finance.
-
Industrial Engineering Intern at Intel
May 2006 - January 2007Developed a preventative maintenance planning tool along with a team building an ILOG OPL optimization model. Owned and built performance tracking data and high level reporting for the project based on a pilot program in Ireland. Created unique decision support tools to assist in a high-volume factory for the Conroe/Merom ramp.
-
Research Co-Manager at Sinmat
January 2006 - May 2006Co-lead a group researching the feasibility and market for Silicon Carbide and Galium Nitride wafer Chemical-Mechanical Planarization slurry.
-
Operations Manager at Intel Corporation
August 2013Directly leading and managing a group of 15 employees across 5 critical factory toolsets. Management focused on employee development, sustainable metric driven team performance, and well documented performance management in a fast paced personnel constrained development factory.
